Please follow this process to order your merchandise items:

** Owing to family commitments, there will be no despatches of merchandise orders during September. Orders can still be placed using the e-Commerce Service and they will be processed in October.
Also, the Merchandise Officer will be unable to take phone calls and respond to e-mails during this period. Apologies for any inconvenience. **

** The Guild is currently taking on new stock. Please contact our Merchandise Officer, using the details in Overdrive, to check on availability and pricing before placing your order as described below. **

• Refer to the merchandise advertisement in the latest edition of the Overdrive magazine to view items and prices, and to calculate the total price including p&p. Or, if you prefer, you can also click here to view images of Guild merchandise and to also view a further page of pricing and ordering information. You can then use this e-commerce service to specify the items you wish to order and securely pay for them.
• If you are not a paid up member of the Guild you must add a 20% prices uplift to all items being ordered. This will be checked by the Merchandise Officer when the order is processed.
• If necessary, e-mail the Merchandise Officer on to confirm availability of specific clothing size and colour.
• Complete the boxes below to order and pay for the goods you require.
• Your goods will be dispatched once the Merchandise Officer has received the order confirmation email from the e-Commerce service. Please allow 21 days for delivery.

Please enter the Merchandise Order Value as pounds and pence separated by a decimal point with no currency symbol, e.g. 10.54.
